Length of Stay:
-Dormitories: Maximum stay of 7 days within a 28-day period.
-Private Rooms: Maximum stay of 14 days within a 28-day period.
Age Restrictions:
-Under 18s: Must be accompanied by an adult (18+).
-Children Under 16: Must book a whole dorm or private room.
-Ages 16-17: Can book a dorm but must be accompanied by an adult (18+).
Group Bookings:
-Groups Larger than 8: Not accepted.
Room Allocation:
-For dormitory bookings, we try our best to keep groups together but can’t guarantee it.
To ensure you stay together, consider booking a private room or the entire dorm.
Cancellation Policies: - Free Cancellation Rate:
-Full flexibility up to 7 days before arrival.
-Credit cards will be charged 7 days prior to arrival.
-Cancellations within 7 days of arrival or no-shows will be charged 100% of the stay’s value.
Non-Refundable Rate:
-No changes or cancellations.
-Full payment is required at the time of booking.
Payments:
-We’re a cashless hostel.
All major debit and credit cards are accepted.
City Tax: - Amsterdam: City tax is not included in the room rate and will be added to your balance.
From 1 January 2024, the city tax is 12.5%.
Smoking and Drugs: - No smoking anywhere in the buildings – a €250 fine applies. -Drug use is prohibited and will result in immediate eviction without a refund.
