The damage deposit needs to be received on the bank account of the property before the agreed check-in time.

A proof of payment alone will not be accepted.

If the deposit payment is not received on the property's bank account at the original time of check-in, the guest agrees that the reservation will be considered a non-refundable no-show.

For the general and communal facilities, areas and services such security, gas, water and electricity you pay a fixed fee of € 9.80 per day afterwards.

If this is not paid on location, this will be deducted from the deposit.
