A nice, peaceful place, though a little more cleanliness would not have hurt. We found the breakfast good and fresh, with good coffee, and the location was also good, close to the tram station at 240m in a quiet area. Being totally independent from the host, we had our own keys, and the bed was great and comfy with Netflix. There were 2 bathrobe, but no slippers.
