We found the stay very enjoyable and, in fact, better than our high expectations. The setting was amazing, with a garden and pond positioned right beside the floor-to-ceiling window in the main room, and the hotel was very clean and modern despite being in a 150-year-old building. The caretaker was excellent and extremely responsive, and the overall feel was more like an Airbnb setting.
