We found the atmosphere pleasantly casual and warm, which suited us very nicely. The lobby, pub, and check-in were all great, and Mike in particular went out of his way to make sure our kit got up the stairs and that our pub visit was a blast. It was a down-to-earth, very friendly place, and the shower was hot while the bathrooms were sparkling clean.
