Please note that a deposit of EUR 100 is required upon arrival as safety deposit.

This can be paid with your Credit Card.

The deposit will be refunded on the day of departure.

The release time of the authorization is subject to the bank of the Credit Card holder.

Reservations made under the terms of 'non-refundable' will be charged within 24 hours after booking, and cannot be cancelled as per the terms and conditions of the tariff.

Guests who arrive by car can park in 'Qpark Nieuwendijk', which is located in front of the hotel.
